>Asians make up ~30% of the tech sector
>only account for 4% of the total population
So how come it's ok for Asians to be grossly overrepresented in the tech sector, but if white people are even slightly overrepresented, even by a couple of percent, it's a great social injustice and an offense to society?
Is this racism?

Of course not, how you can be racist against white people? they're at the bottom of the privilege matrix

Pajeet is asian too

> Blacks are underrepresented
So racist
> Asians overrepresented
See, we cannot be racist
Also, go to /pol/
Actually asians are honorary whites according to the people who want diversity in tech

The sad truth is that your analysis is spot on. They seem to dislike Asians in general. It's harder for a person of Asian descent to get into a quality university, and yet they are still overrepresented there despite all the obstacles and the lack of political representation.
