Well, you don't need an aftermarket cooler with a non-k cpu, but seeing as you're buying a windowed case, to show off to yourself I suppose, just get the cheapest there is. An I5-6600 will cost you less and won't be much of a setback as editing 1080p 60fps videos isn't that hard of a task. Ram speed won't make much of a difference. The mobo is more than you need.

Here, a pc that'll perform a lot better in games, and a little slower in video editing, but seeing as you'll probably game more, this'll be better for you.
