I've set it so realtemp launches on startup, except that it doesn't. It never does. What gives?

Jesus christ, do you not maintain your computer well? Why do you have so many start up programs.

Might need some codependencies, or services, to launch before hand.
You can always set it to launch in the registry, and see if that helps.

It's UAC that is shit.
Disable UAC or make a bat file that opens CMD to do it.
Task scheduler works.
%windir%\System32\cmd.exe
/c start "TealTemp" "C:\Program Files (x86)\RealTemp\RealTemp.exe"
I still have it even though I don't need it since I stopped using UAC since it's still broken.
But this should fix your problems if you still use UAC and want RealTemp to open.
It will popup a cmd window for half a second on boot though.
Reason is because UAC is retarded and don't autostart elevated programs and RealTemp runs as tier 3 while explorer is tier 2.
