College fag living in shitty digs here, recently graduated to wageslave so I'm looking for an Internet upgrade. The free WiFi offered here it faggot shit and disconnects every other half-hour, speed fluctuates wildly and I think they've caught on to my Bittorrent traffic so they're throttling me. Is Verizon a good choice? Fios doesn't seem that bad and I'm able to afford it...

at&t uverse austin texas here. $190 month for cable and internet.

Fiber the lowest ive seen was 400mbs and the highest being 900mbs. During the middle of the day its around 500mbs.
