If it is loud, put in less noisy fans. You may have to replace the PSU in full, most people shouldn't open a PSU.

And use rubber / soft silicone pieces as "suspensions" on any spinning platter HDD. Or just replace these HDD with newer, less rapidly spinning ones / go with SSD.

Have it right now. With a 290X furnace. Gets a little hot during intense gaming, so I pop the front cover off, then put it back on. No real dust issues yet. Jury is still out whether I'm happy with that aspect. Looks nice, and layout is great if you're not water cooling. Only wish it had more intake for the cooling.
