Been shooting (pest control) at my local dump and found this (NC375T) in a box with some other shit (cables and screws) wrapped up brand new, decided "fuck it" and stick it in my rig, it works fine, worth keeping it in? Any benefits over on board?

Multiple NICs are cool. If you're only using one port, no real advantages. Unless your mobo is old and doesn't have gigabit.
