I have small hands - it's no issue, practice overcomes it. Same hand training exercises as for piano. Dyslexia will fuck over your WPM.

Are you typing using all your fingers?

You suck, that site is easy get high WPMs on because the typing passages are so short. I've hit 130-140 before, and I only type with about 4 or 5 fingers.

Typing is all about muscle memory. Your fingers just have to know where the keys are and this comes from typing a lot. Since you're starting at square one, you should find some typing program based on the home row technique. Someone else here can maybe advise you on that. But I seriously doubt it has anything to do with physical limitations.

Dyslexia might be an issue though, but that would affect accuracy more than anything I would think.

Just took it right now OP, I fucking suck as well. I type much faster when typing what I want, not what they tell you too. I don't know if that is the same problem with you. Typing this post I consider that I did it fairly quickly. I have to look down at the keyboard most of the time, but sometimes I am in the zone typing good and I dont need to look.

But yeah I learned how to type up to from 20~40 WPM from typing classes in Middle School, and increased rapidly up to 110 WPM just from playing a lot of MMOs/socializing and shit on PC.
