he's trying to bait people into posting instructions on how to fix shitty desktop environments that don't already automatically detect fullscreen/video applications (such as mpv, vlc, or html5/flash video) and prevent power management settings so he can reply with ">editing conf files >current year" or something retarded

im on KDE4 though because debian

its fucking rough, KDE is the only decent desktop environment that dosent do anything major to piss me off and ive got the choice between deprecated 4 and buggy as shit crash happy 5
