Hey, /g/, technology newfag here. I recently bought a computer to build myself with the help of a friend. The first time we put it together the lights only flashed on when you pushed the power button. We then discovered that the power supply was bad, and I got a replacement. Before I hooked up the new power supply, my friend made sure that the motherboard, graphics card, and ram worked. He couldn't check the processor because he didn't have a big enough power supply. Now with the new power supply, all the lights and fans in the computer pulse on and off quickly.
Shit cooler, unsubscribed.

You need a bigger case.
This why I just bought a prebuilt. I would've been really irritable if I had to exchange parts during stress testing.

You might want to check your PSU again. And if you buy a new one DONT BUY FUCKING CORSAIR. Get EVGA instead. Also clean up your cables, it looks like ass.
