I7 with 8 gigs of ram, you could always add more ram in the future for cheap.

Nvm, get i5 with 16 gigs then. If you can't replace/add ram get more for the cost of a weaker cpu.

It's a fucking tablet/laptop you'll never use more than 8GB. If you try to, you'll be limited by the overheating and throttling anyway.

8gb ram should be more than enough for a tablet. I upgraded my main rig just recently to be able to run a game while running a VM with more than 2gb ram. Shouldn't be the average workload for a windows tablet.

Tldr: Get the i7 with 16gb!
