Monitors are on the list of things to fix, yeah. I need to at least replace the monitor on the right with one that matches the monitor on the left, that'd be fine.

It's working out very well, I'm never getting a "normal" desk again. I sit down most of the time, but being able to raise the desk and stand up every so often is great.
There's also the ability to adjust the height by just a little bit every once in a while to change my posture slightly, which also helps comfort in the long run.

Not to mention that sometimes it's just convenient as hell to not have to sit down at my desk, like if I'm walking around cleaning my apartment and check my computer sometimes.

Many benefits, no downsides.

I did, got the old Corsair K90 back when it was just released, and a Logitech MX Master.

The keyboard was overpriced as fuck and kind of disappointing desu, it's not fully mechanical and the rubber dome keys feel awful. I kinda regret buying it for this reason, but at the same time I really love the looks of it and I can't seem to find anything to replace it in that regard.

I just got done disassembling this thing on the weekend.

Next step is to cut off most of the metal plate and turn it into a 60%. After that I'll have to order diodes and the controller and whatnot and wait for those to arrive.

The desk is currently a horrible mess since I was messing around with some other stuff and I also dumped a bunch of other things on there.

I'd say my way of working on stuff like this is somewhat similar to yours, though I just get one step done completely, then do the next step whenever the time and resources to complete it fully become available.

It's a smaller desktop model, and it's kinda loud. I really recommend that you get one with the very largest fan you can find, (bigger fans are quieter) or just put a filter on your computer's fans instead
