Ok so i need help. Im 5´6´´ (170cm) so im a damm manlet. I am not exactly skinny but im not pretty bulky either. I eat like a pig but never gain weight. Pretty strong, abs are present. Not exactly Arnold schwarzenegger, but you can see that the muscles are there. I dont have money for a gym, so i can only exercize in my home. I dont diet, cause again, no money. I would like to excersize, but im just too damm lazy. What is the solution to my dilema guys

Start by doing pushups, curls, and eating more. But if you want nice muscles get a gym membership, the upside to being 5'6 is you'll have a very easy time building muscle.
