Swimming. Brisk power walking/hiking. From best to average.
If you have a legitimate heart condition, it might be best to consult a doctor beforehand.
Most likely though, their advice will err on the side of caution.
I would recommend Couch to 5K, and keep it gentle.
You should alternate between very gentle jogging, and slow walking, and see how your body responds after a week or two.

Yes, do cardio. But I'm afraid that because you have a weak heart, it may go out. So supplement caffeine pills before cardio sessions to give your heart the needed energy to keep going
Friend of mine has a weak heart and pacemaker. She faints really easily. I asked her and she said power walks are what her doctor recommended. Light jogs if you want to push it

What everyone else said, but also, bring a friend 24/7 while you are still getting your bearings on cardio.
Be mindful of your heart at all times. Had a guy go down on me during a moto run of all things to a heart attack. Slow run/fast jog even put him down. Do not do these alone!
OP here what's Couch to 5k?
