Hello people,
I started the gym Saturday September 9th and have, woken up at either 5:20 or 6:20 every day since.
My first week of the gym (last week bar yesterday and today bc rest days) i've been waking up covered in sweat at either 5:20 or 6:20
I work 9 - 6 come home and cook and eat my dinner and grab a cup of coffee get into the gym for 8/8:30 and home for 9:30
I usually am in bed asleep for 10:30 or 11:30 and fall asleep pretty quick.
Any ideas why I am waking up early?
ur sleeping 7 fucking hours. that's enough fag
It might be stress related, you might be working out to hard, you might be eating to little. IF you are getting 7 hours that its good and reason to stress about that.
I do maybe 10 reps of what ever excersise im doing and usually dont feel too tired going home from the gym (except leg day) I was inactive for basically 5 years of a neet lifestlye before starting tho.
My brother started the gym when he was 16 and hes now 21 he's been my guide so far and makes sure i do enough/ not too much.
I was thinking maybe smth to do with endorphens or somthing? I cant really find much on the internet
