Strict Overhead Press: 5x5
Squat: 3x5
Deadlift: 1x5
Thursday:

Is this way too much ? Or is working out 6 times a week when you're not on juice just generally a bad idea ?
Like I said the logistics of working out every day don't bother me since I don't have to leave my house, but the length of the individual workouts under ICF 5x5 definitely was.
I might end up taking down the main lifts to 3x5 eventually, right now I'm aiming for 5x5 each time but only not adding weight or deloading if I fail to hit 3x5.

It's ICF 5x5, with the assistance lifts done on rest days.
It's meant to be full body not a split, hence all over the place.

my main concern is that lifting on days which are mean to be rest days even if it is heavy compound lifts might interfere with recovery.
