/fit/, what's a good blender for shakes? I wanna be able to crush ice and make smoothies too.
Also, are hand blenders ( pic related ) any good?

just buy a smoothie maker, mine cost 30 bucks and can blend ice pretty well
hand blenders are more versatile (mixing pancake batter, soups, whatever) but if you're only gonna use it for shakes then don't bother
smoothie makers are easier to use and cheaper
Nutra bullet. Our go to goodwill and pick up an off brand device for six bucks

Not for ice, you'd want a fixed blender for that or it's going to kick about like crazy.
Hand blenders are great for quickly blending things in different containers though.
