Yo /fit/ whaddup? Cool guy here.
I got this friend, about the same age as me, nice guy, but he's a total pushover twink, both mentally & physically. Very passive and has an "alright fine I guess..." attitude.
SO I've been thinking... Are there any ways, in which, I could subtly, without telling him that he's scrawny a twigman, make him more of a heckin man? I'm not talking like injecting testosterone into his porridge or anything like that. Like Buddha said, change needs to come from within, or some shit.
But how can I make this dude stand up for himself more, or at all? Like the concept of manual labor seems alien to him. I think this might be because his parents have pampered him his whole life.

What do?
