I don't do warmups and I've never snapped my shit up. Then again, I didn't fall for the powerlifting meme, so if you're going to do retarded spinal exercises then maybe you should warm up first

Just do some rotator cuff exercises, and 2-3 light sets before doing your first first working set. Takes 5 minutes.
