Anyone here just track protein intake and not calories and able to get lean and stay lean?
I want to be a about 12-15% bodyfat, surely that's possible without tracking calories right? It isn't like im aiming for 6% bodyfat or something,
I don't track protein either, that's some nerd shit.

I have to track at least Protein or I stop eating it. I don't naturally enjoy protein-rich foods.
If I didn't track protein I'd end up eating like 20g protein, rest carbs and fats. I've tried it before and my body composition became worse and my lifts and recovery suffered greatly.
After 5 years lifting I've noticed I need to consume a minimum 150g protein everyday to at least maintain my current muscle mass/body composition.

Yeah, I track protein but not calories because I'm at college and I'm not gonna be >that guy who sits in the dining hall with his little food scale and notebook. Also on tren+yohimbine though, so cutting is really easy right now.
