Looking for advice.
>Started lifting from home ~1 year ago.
>Work super slow, only small gains, but enough so that people started commenting on it
>Sometimes goes 3-4 days even between sessions, work up by increasing weight ~2 kilos at a time
>Strength improving
>Suddenly from nothing i start getting a pain in my left forearm whenever i lift, about half way down, on the "pinky" side with my palms facing down(se pic)
>Pain goes up during lifting and then hurts the whole day, even things like opening doors with my left arm becomes painfull
>The area also becomes painfull to the touch
>Is fine 2-3 days after
>Repeat now 7-8 times.
I even ignored my arms for a month and then returned with the same thing happening. Anyone have any experience with this?
Everything from barbell-curls, pushups to bench presses hurt.
Any ideas? Never had any trauma on that arm, nor anything painfull other than this.

DO NOT USE IT
REPEAT DO NOT USE IT
IF YOU USE THAT ARM YOU WILL FUCK YOURSELF UP FOR EONS LIKE I DID
you need to unironically get some physical therapy, lie and tell them it's been months, whatever, just get in there and do that. no lifting for the next few months until it's *fully* healed. don't be stupid like me

stop fucking curling and go to a doctor
