i've lost 20lbs on a cut over the past 3 weeks but i feel like i still look the same and can't really notice any weight loss. my strength is the same as when i started the cut so what is the deal? body dysmorphia?
250lb to 227lb. I cut the weight by eating the same meals every day, yogurt/almond milk/blueberry/banana smoothie for breakfast, steamed chicken breast and broccoli for lunch and dinner, cheat meals in moderation over the weekend. Also added 30 mins of cycling after my 1 1/2 hr lifting which I do 6x a week.

sometimes it's hard to see weight loss, you're better off measuring shit like your waistline and comparing down the line
it might be a little late for that though
