What the hell is quark? I've never seen it in a grocery

Imagine a really thick yogurt, that's pretty much how it tastes. It's still inferior to Icelandic skyr, but that's even harder to come by.

Quark is an epic bulking food, or cutting food.

>500g of Quark
>500ml milk
>add artificial sweeter
>add cinnamon or proton powder
>600-800kcal and 60-90g of Protons (depending if you use powder or not)

While cutting I use this shake as dinner 5x a week. You could also add oats and oil, put it in a blender and go full retard as a bulking shake. Basically tastes a bit like a milk shake from places like McDonalds.

It's a dairy product. Basically solid yoghurt with better macros.
Don't know what parts of the world sell it, but here in the netherlands you can get 500g of 0% fat french kwark for 70 cents, which is real fucking cheap for 55g of protein.
Lots of dairy made/sold here though so again, don't know if your country has it
