just discovered the existence of drag curls, so are they a meme exercise or actually useful? they seem strangely absent in the gym where I go.
Also, other decent types of curl variations i do, regular bicep curls and hammer curls.
Meme tier. Do it with a barbell too but honestly it's more effective to do preacher curls / isolation bicep exercises than this crappy one

pretty shit, good way to get sum of dat tendonitis. Biceps help with shoulder flexion, so if you go the other way like in that photo, you're constantly grinding the biceps tendon against the humerus.
