Can I get some feedback on my weight loss plan?
Excercise plan
>Greyskull LP with additional accessories to make about an hour in the gym
>Focus on not dropping the weight rather than adding
>5 mile bike ride on rest days
>Diet
>1500cal a day 6 days a week
>Last day is a little over maintenance (so ~2500 cal) w/ lots of fiber for ultimate bowel clearing
Keep this up until I'm at 12%bf, then eat maintenance for a week and start bulking and increasing weight on Greyskull. Currently 23% bf, 5'9" 164lbs
