Do you have big legs?

If you have genetic big lower half then you can get away with almost only working the upper body and hardly anyone will notice.

Also your rather light, I'm 5'7" @ 75KG and I don't think my body fat is too high, visble abs only when tensing them. I think I'm heavier then most guys my height (from what I see on /fit/) because I have a big ass too.

Girls like a good butt just like guys do. Just lose some weight if it's fat.

I guess focus exclusively on your upper body, sounds fun desu.
