Yo /fit/ i need some help/advice. I'm 6'0, 150 lbs and I just can't seem to bulk up or gain wait no matter what I eat. Any advice on what to do? I'm tired of people saying I need to eat more because I do
They're right, you're not eating enough. Calculate your TDEE and eat 500 above that. Meticulously count your calories.

OP, eat 6-8 eggs and a bowl of oats for breakfast and drink a gallon of whole milk all in addition to the stuff you normally eat everyday for a month or two. I guarantee you that by the end of that month or two you will not weigh 150 pounds.
Just make sure you hit the gym hard though

I was 6'0 130 lbs last year and now I'm 6'0 165 lbs. Don't be afraid to put on a little fat, you can always cut later if you need to.
I think it was Eddie Hall who said "eat until you're completely full, and then eat a chocolate bar on top of that"
Drink olive oil

Years back, I used to think I couldn't gain weight. Then I started actually tracking everything I ate and realized that while I did eat a lot, I didn't eat A LOT.
So I made a plan and began eating so much I couldn't fall asleep at night because I was so damn full and my stomach hurt.
Guess what though, I gained weight.

You're probably overestimating the amount of stuff that you're eating
Try eating further than your stomach says it can get everytime

One last thing, don't do any retarded shit like I've done trying to gain weight, I multiplied the calories * servings on a bottle of coffee creamer and it was like 6,000, so I said "fuck yeah" and chugged the whole thing straight and threw it back up nearly instantly. Just stick to normal food

I'm 6'0". Was 138 lbs starting lifting last year. Nothing was working still I started tracking my calories and I realized how little I was actually eating. I upped my calories to be +500 above my maintenance, started eating tons of eggs, rice, and oats, and now I weigh 162 lbs a year later.
Just make sure you hit the gym hard like another person said and eat healthy unprocessed food. Just because something has a lot of calories doesn't mean it has your macros that you want. And then once you gain that weight just cut a little if you want more definition.
