We all know spot reduction is a myth, but what about spot accumulation? I've always had trouble sitting for more than five minutes before my legs start hurting, but always attributed that to not being able to find a suitable chair. However, after returning an $800 and asking a doctor about it, he said it's probably because I have very little fat on the back of my legs so I'm just sitting right on the muscle. I'm at 17% bf though, so >just bulk isn't a solution
tl;dr can I get some padding just on my rear legs and ass without going back to fatass territory?

i saw just bulk. when i was skinnier my knees used to rest (while sleeping on side)bone onto muscle and it was uncomfy. gained 5 pounds felt much better.
plus most guys gain fat on ass and thighs first maybe you will too ?
