okay this is my first time post here and i need a quick advise, im shipping off to the military in 2 weeks, i can do push up and sit up just fine (the required amount) but my run times is terrible how can i quickly improve that i seem to be getting better but i want to be peak performance, i run out of breath easy and get light headed and such with the a side ache all the time any advice
