I've never fasted in my life, but I want to try it to get some residual body fat down.
For someone like me, what is a healthy strategy to begin? Should I try it for one day per week?
How many hours should I go without food? Should I not drink anything other than water also? What about low calorie Gatorade?
And how to break the fast? Any optimal solutions?
For my first time, should I choose a day on which I don't have anything important to do because of possible fatigue?
And lastly, is it safe to vigorously work out in the middle of a fast?
