What the fuck is with my lifts?
DB Bench: 85 x 3, or 170
DB Incline: same as flat...
Dip: 255 x 3 at 170 bodyweight
Front squat: 225, barely, form falls to shit
Dead: 405, comfortably, could do more.
How are lifts using similar muscle groups so far apart? Yes I dip and dead more, but not that much more often.

Your form is probably way off. Your db presses should be done with a hammer grip.
Be careful with dips friendo. Theyre not maid for everyone.
