Do you guys sometimes eat just to keep your gains rather than the enjoyment of it?
If I'm going through my normal week I won't even make myself a plate not even warm up my food. I will just stand by the fridge and eat whatever I had prep for the week. If I roasted chicken I will just rip a big chunk off shove it in my mouth then grab a hand full of veggies and put that in my mouth and just start munching it till I can swallow it down. Do that a few more times till I think I reached my desired calories and then just grab a jug of water and drink that down till full
