He did a bunch of weird shit before he died. He was trying to find "safer alternatives" to steroids and stuff and got a bunch of blood work done at shady doctor's offices. He also went on a retarded low-protein rice diet. He was obviously facing the facts that he was getting too old for that shit and wasn't gonna remain 21 forever. He was nearing 50 for fuck's sake and still taking dozens and dozens of drugs, eating a fuck ton, and lifting like a fucking animal. He was due to expire any day.

Can we really claim that Piano was a proper user of anything? 8 hour arm workouts? Constant steroid use for a majority of his life? Eating like 10,000 calories a day? The man was a walking timebomb.
