Start by fixing your diet. The pounds will fall off of you when you lrn2calorie.
Just make sure you're in a caloric deficit of 200 or more calories per day. Whether that includes adding more or less cardio is up to you. Though cardio itself has amazing health benefits so it's recommended for everyone regardless.
