So I'm currently doing boxing to lose weight but I haven't seen any results. I'm going to be adding the following routine to my workout in order to improve my strength and improve the amount of cardio I'm doing.
Station 1:
> 20push up
>40 crunches
>20 wide grip pushups
>40 crunches
>20 knuckle pushups
>40 crunches
> diamond push up
> 40 crunches
Station 2:
>30 secs of split squat jumps
>30 sec of mountain climbers
Will be doing 4 sets of these
Station 3:
>20 seconds of lunges
>20 leg lifts
3 sets of these
Station 4:
>25 pushups
>50 lunges (25 each leg)
>5 PULL UPS
>25 sit-ups
2 sets.
I'll be doing this 3x a week.
I'm currently about 210 lbs, 5'9 and have no upper body strength whatsoever. My current diet consists of the following
Breakfast:
>fruits like bananas, oranges and pears
Snack:
>About hand full of Almonds
Lunch:
>chicken with spinach
Snack #2
>more fruits
Dinner:
>chicken with snappeas and spinach. Also 1/3cup brown rice sometimes.
How long do you think it'll take for me to lose the weight and drop to 160? I've been on this diet and boxing almost every day for the last 3 weeks
I'll also be attending my boxing classes 4x a week.

We don't do any drills we just skip, do some pushups/sit-ups and then we fucking spare for like 40 minutes.

There's no way you're eating at a deficit if you haven't lost weight get an app like MyFitnessPal enter your food and exercise it won't be precise but it will give you an idea.
