Cut down your exercise time. Don't go for over an hour. Less than 45 mins if you can. Maybe cut out a day a week too.

Honestly you're still probably a little faggot who is never going to make it, but it's a lot harder to stick with 6 hours a week of something you don't want to do than 2 hours a week of something that makes you feel fucking amazing.
