133 pounds in the morning where do I get protein for cheap? Besides peanut butter and oatmeal. (I can't drink 1 liter of milk a day)
Put up a Backpage ad saying u love drinking semen

Tuna is probably the cheapest source of protein you can get.
Black beans

Eggs are pretty cheap.
A can of starkist tuna can do for about $1. 100 calories, 1g fat, 0g carb, 24g protein per can.
Save up some money and order a decent tub of protein powder on amazon. It's worth it.
Fast food places that have any type of grilled chicken, if you're worried about carbs toss the buns.

Scoops my dude. It's actually damned decent $/gram of protons. People will tell you differently but they're not shopping hard enough. I get grass fed whey isolate for $10/lb on amazon (MuscleFeast). Chicken is cheaper but you WILL get sick of gainzbird at some point.
Have some scoops. You know he wishes he could.

Is Whey healthy?

Is it safe to have tuna every other day?

eggs and whey protein. 36 eggs cost me like $4 and the tub of whey at walmart is around $25. But I don't really buy whey

If you get sick of chicken then you are a shitty cook. Learn to marinate, season, shread with rice. There are so many possibilities

>Is Whey healthy?
Yeah - but if you ask a vegan they'll tell you it'll give you a dick made of cancer grown straight out of your forehead
