Hey /fit/, I fell for the "abs are made in the kitchen" meme. Lost bodyfat %, but no abs. What are the best exercises to play catchup?
Kneeling cable crunches.
Ab wheel rollouts
Planks.
Do them thrice a week at least.
Hanging leg raises for lower abs, plank variations, ab wheel, l sits.
