Probably dehydration. Get some diuretics and stop drinking water or eating food with a high water content. Opt for coffee and alcoholic beverages.

Op here I've been doing 40% carbs 40% protein 20% fat the past 3 days and lost 3 pounds but I don't think it made me leaner just smaller if that makes sense. Also already fast everyday but it's 17:7 for me most days
