Hey /fit/
I'm finally ready to take a stand and do something about my late-stages-of-HIV body.
But before I do, as i know absolutelly nothing about the subject, I would like the opinions of strangers on the internet.
I'll be joining a gym next week and start a bulking diet.
I'm 22 yers old, 1,83m (6 foot) tall and 61kg (134 pounds).

(I know i wont gain 10 pounds in a month)
And as for the diet i'm not really sure, just some pointers as lots of protein, eat every 3 hours, lots of eggs, pre and post workout whey shakes.
Is any of it good? Acceptable? Any recomendations before i start?
