The body will at most absorb 8-10 grams of whey protein per hour. Liquid whey passes the part of the GI-tract which will absorb it in 1,5 hours.
What this means is that drinking anything more than 1 scoop of whey at a time is literally pointless. Anything more is literally pissed out and/or turned into glycogen.
