Lanklet here. 6'2 160 lbs, 19 almost 20 years old. I lifted over the summer and now that I'm back at school and have access to the real gym for free I'm doing SL with a few accessory lifts from ICF.
Over the past few days I've been working on establishing a daily diet to become a B I G G U Y or at least reach ottermode by next September.
If I add in another chicken breast at lunch to get up protein, I think I'll cut out the Iced Teas and just drink water. Do you think this is a good idea? I just want to be a sick cunt eventually.
Pic related my MS Word-based calculations of what I've been eating for the past week or so. It used to be with only one chicken breast at dinner and no protein bar at dinner, so I'm getting somewhat better at being not retarded.

2200 kcal a day and you think all you need to do is add in another fucking chicken breast to get big? my guy, at your height you should be bulking at 3500 calories minimum. 2200 is auschwitz tier.

That's not true. I bulk at 3500 and i'm 6'2" 200lb

But you do need to eat more. Try 3000 a day
This is a good start. Maybe at a protein shake per day? Your protein intake could be higher.

im the same height and last may i started out at 150lbs, im 180lbs now, at the same bodyfat because ive cut once.
take your weight x 15 = 2400 to maintain your weight. add 250-500 to bulk, id say 500 since you're obviously a new lifter, in your second year drop it down to a 300 calorie surplus and you will gain weight.
its something you need to commit to, day after day, in months you will see slow weight gain. +500 for about a pound a week and +250 for half a pound, gains are faster on the higher end but so is fat, if you do it on the lower end you could bulk for years without having to cut, thats what i would recommend if i did it over again but as a beginner you probably dont have that mental aptitude yet.
