I recently went to the doctor and found out I have low testosterone. I was worried this was what was causing me so have some sexual libido issues. I'm 26 and overweight, but I'm losing it and lifting 3 times a week now. In just a month I've lost 10 pounds but all my lifts have skyrocketed, and I can see the difference in my chest, shoulders, and arms especially. I'm cutting sugar and carbs out as much as possible. I still eat too much, but it's at least not garbage.
But the low test worries me. I'm not balding and I definitely don't feel like I have low T besides the libido thing, although that HAS improved since I started lifting.
What natural ways can I encourage my body to produce more T? Things to eat, maybe take vitamins? Yes, I already googled, but as I'm sure you may know, googling "how to increase testosterone" isn't exactly a way to get scientific, actual facts.
