Is there any way to trick your body into thinking you're always sleeping so it's constantly producing the enzymes that heal muscles. That way you can do full body work outs every single day.

I always wanted some sort of brain pump that processed the blood in your brain. You could just clean your blood of melatonin so you never needed to sleep. If this was possible it'd be billion dollar tech.
