I'm assuming you're already going to the gym, which is one of the biggest component of raising test levels. Second most important is getting enough sleep, but most important of all is your diet. Assuming you get your vegetables, sleep and exercise, here are some suppliment reccomendations.
According to Tim Ferris (search for 4 hour body testosterone), eating a lot of brazil nuts is good for testosterone production. I can personally feel that my sex drive is higher when I eat brazil nuts. Also they're tasty as fuck but don't eat more than 2 a day because they've got extreme amounts of selen. Tim Ferris eats like 6 a day according to his book which is retarded, your hair will fall out from selenosis (>400ug per day) which he wont mind because he's bald.
There's also the well known suppliments which are creatine (increases your dht as well so if you're prone to male pattern baldness beware), vitamin d3, zinc and magnesium. examine.com recommends taking 25-30mg zinc, 200-400mg magnesium and general wisdom is 5g of creatine. Vitamin D3 you can take anywhere from 2000-4000IU.
There's also maca, which is a root that raises libido (I bought it in powder form).
There's a lot of other shit you could take but these things are backed up by a lot of research.
So here's what I do,
Mornings:
1 brazil nut, 2 fish oil capsules, 1 vitamin d capsule (2500IU)
After the gym:
Protein powder with ~5g creatine and ~3g maca
Before bed:
1 brazil nut, 2 fish oil capsules, 2 capsules of zma, occasionally 1 additional vitamin d capsule.
Remember that if you take ZMA, dont drink milk beforehand because calcium competes with it. Also Vitamin D before bed may impair sleep quality.
