Housemate has just acquired a blender, I'm looking to use it to create a breakfast substitute, as I'm really bad at eating a heathy breakfast, or breakfast at all.
Current idea is just yoghurt, oats and milk in undetermined ratios with some combination of cinnamon, honey and fruit for flavouring.
Does /fit/ have any recommendations for this kind of thing/quick breakfasts

>skinny fuck
ok here goes
>4 scoops whey
>2-3 bananas
>1 cup melted butter
>1/2 cup wheat
>as much sugar as you like (but 1 cup will be fairly sweet already)
>a pinch of salt
>a teaspoon of cinnamon
>two teaspoons of baking powder
>bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
Eat a third of it for breakfast, with a few big glasses of whole milk.

> vanilla whey protein (enough to get around ~40-60 grams protein)
> 1 whole banana (health + calories)
> 1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries (health)
> 1 cup spinach or kale (won't even taste it with everything else in there)
> Tablespoon cinnamon (will help manage insulin sensitivity)
> 1 cup whole milk (calories)
> couple of ice cubes (taste)
> 1 cup oats (calories, fiber)
play around with the ratios for a bit, but that should be a relatively healthy breakfast shake
with a decent amount of calories that won't destroy your blood sugar levels.
