I think Swedish Snus like general is the way to go. Yea it is harder to come by, more expensive, and tastes like ass if you don't get mint flavor, but Studies show it is much healthier than long cut. It has something to do with the way the swedes process the tobacco. I think it also has more nicotine than cope. I also like how I can have snus in at work.
