/fit/, am I over training ?
So, I changed my routine 3 months ago to increase volume, 6 days a week 2ish hrs a day.
About three weeks ago I stopped being able to sleep through the night, waking up 5 or more times every night.
I feel I'm becoming increasingly more dependent on my preworkout, though I don't increase the dose.
I'm also starting to fell more fatigued during my workouts and have to power through the last few sets.
I tend to get muscle soreness now that I didn't really get when I first switched.
Despite this, I'm still seeing gains and getting about the same rate of progress as I was getting when I started.
Are my cortisol levels too high ? Am I in adrenal fatigue ?
If so, what is the quickest remedy.
Cut my sessions down to an hr ? Cut out the preworkout ? Take a week off ? Some combination of all three ?
has your ability to perform pull ups been effected? if no, no

Yeah, you're overtrained.
You claim that you're still gaining sot that means you caught it before it got really bad.
Cut your workouts in half, get more rest between sets and exercises and eat a bit more.
If you're trying to cut while training then that's a whole other unneeded stress that is fucking you over.
Eat more food but don't just get fat as fuck.
