are there any /weakbros/ on? seems like no matter what i eat or do in the gym i have subpar results with strength
examples:

my strength drops fast on cuts, and even on heavy bulks im lucky to even keep my strength the same from week to week and not have to deload.

i cycle my rep ranges every 2 weeks, goes 12-15, 8-12, 5-8.

3 sets squats
1-2 sets dl
3 sets bench
3 sets row
accessories as i see fit, but usually
2 sets curls
2 sets tri isos
2 sets lateral raises
2 sets headbangers or w.e they called, working rear delts

im on keto right now but when i started and for the first couple years i just drank shit tons of milk, ate lots of whey and greek yogurt and various other things. 155 lb 6'0 when i started, about 210 lb 6'0 three years later, so i know i was eating enough.

about a year ago i got on these antipsychotic meds that caused me crazy weight fat gains, shot up to 280 lb within a couple months until i started cutting on keto. thing is i wasnt on any meds the first couple years of lifting and the weakness was still there

tldr i eat enough, sleep enough, and most of my workouts are close enough to failure to stimulate growth. ive read SS and ive read the sticky. if i had to guess why my body is weak i'd just say genetics. my dad told me his max bench at his peak was like 125 lb
