Hey guys. I am pretty new to lifting, but have been lifting the big 5s 3x5, adding weight every time and using A and B days.
Currently, and almost a year forward I am going to spend a lot of time on a boat. There is a training room with some weights here, but it is pretty shit. Primary problems are that the roof is too low for standing OHP and there are no squat racks or bench racks. Wondering what I could do instead.
I am thinking about doing front squats instead of back squats, they seem like a good substitute, but OHP and benching are my main problems. Can I do sitting OHP and bench with dumbbells instead without ignoring any important muscle groups? Any good suggestions or tips wouls be greatly appreciated.
