What was the actual figure? And just because you are 33 dont mean your test should be zilch like some people on fit seem to think. A guy at my gym whos around 50 is more lean than pretty much everyone there, know he aint on test too he knows so much about diet more than anything that you hear on the surface anyway.
What I would do is do the basics like sleep and gym but you need to keep eating protons and fats, real healthy fats are important, I always notice an increase in libido/energy when I start getting some good fats in me like what seals eat
